Hello Horror fans. This is your friendly neighborhood maniac. Greetings. Take my hand, I'm here to guide you into the world of fucked up horror.

Ok...so this blog post will be more of a brain vomit than anything coherent. I just want to make a few random points mostly just to updage this blog that I have not made an entry in since September.

1. Wayne Static died in November. He was the lead singer of my favorite band: Static-X. It's a shame he died. I mention this in horror blog because many of his songs had horror themes ingrained in them. I'm still super bummed out about his death. it makes me want to sigh forever.

2. Horror anthologies seem to be making a comeback. Mostly due to the awesomeness of two different horror anthology franchises: The ABC's of death and the V/H/S franchise. They are both epic/awesome. Trust me. See them immediately.

3. There's going to be an Evil Dead TV show starring Bruce Campbell on the Starz network next year (2015). I can't wait for this. Sam Raimi is producing it and I believe he is directing the pilot and possibly some or all of the episdoes. which is awesome because every time Raimi does something in the horror genre it is fucking awesome.

4. I can't wait for the next Eli Roth directed horror movie called "The Green Inferno" to finally get released on DVD. They are taking forever to do it. It's about cannibals and is supposed to be an homage to Cannibal Holocaust. So it should be pretty epic. Plus Eli Roth knows how to make sick, gory interesting horror films. He's one fucked up, maniac asshole. I admire him.
